Most booths hand you a photo. We hand you the whole night.
Nearly every photo booth in the Chicago area runs the same licensed, off-the-shelf software. We don't. CyberColt builds and operates its own platform end to end — the booth app, the guest delivery, the live gallery, and the portal you plan it all from. That's why the experience is different from the first tap to the last share.
Self-service, the way self-checkout should have been
Everybody has used self-checkout at the grocery store. Everybody has also stood there waiting for someone to come clear an error. Self-service only works when the thing is good enough to not need a babysitter — that's the bar we built the booth to.
A guest walks up. The screen counts them down, shows them the strip, and hands it to their phone. No attendant to flag down, no line waiting on one person, nothing to reset between groups. Fifteen seconds, and the next group is already stepping in. A booth that needs an operator is the bottleneck — so we took the operator out of it. Want a person there anyway? We'll send one. It's just not a tax you pay by default.
Your guests should never think about the technology. That only happens when someone else has thought about all of it first.
