What is CyberColt Photobooth?

It's a photo booth software platform. The booth app, the instant guest delivery, the live galleries and the operator portal are all built and run in-house — so DJs, venues and event companies can put professional photo booth events on the floor under their own name, instead of licensing the same off-the-shelf app everyone else runs.

Who is it for?

DJs and mobile DJ companies, venues, event planners, entertainment and event-production companies, and photo booth operators — anyone who wants to run their own photo booth events on professional software without building it themselves.

How much does it cost?

Subscription pricing, quoted to how many events you run — not a one-size-fits-all list, because someone doing a handful of events a year and someone doing seventy-five shouldn't pay the same. Book a demo and you'll have a straight number within one business day, with no obligation.

How do I get started?

Book a demo. We walk you through the platform, set you up with an account, and load your templates, colors and backdrops before your first event. From there you build and run events from the operator portal, and change anything right up to the day.

Can I put my own branding on it?

Yes — that's the whole point. Your names, monogram, colors and overlay artwork go on the strips, the booth screen and the gallery, so every event looks like yours, not ours. You set it in the template editor and can change it any time.

How does the booth work for a guest?

A guest walks up to an open-air pedestal with a large touchscreen. The screen prompts them through it — tap to start, a countdown for each shot, then a preview of the finished strip and a QR code to take it home. No attendant to flag down and no instructions to read. The whole interaction takes under fifteen seconds.

Do guests need an app or an account to get their photos?

No. A full-screen QR code appears at the booth; a guest points their camera at it and their photo opens in their browser. If they'd rather have it as a text, they can enter their number instead. No app download, no sign-up, and no email collected at the booth.

How fast do guests get their pictures?

Seconds. The strip is processed, branded and uploaded on the spot, so it's on a guest's phone before they've walked back to their table. Photos aren't batched up and emailed after the event.

Is an attendant required?

No. The booth is designed to run itself all night — the touchscreen guides every guest and there's nothing to reset between groups, so you don't have to staff it. If you'd rather have a hand on-site for a larger event, you can always put your own attendant there.

What backdrops can I use?

A large library of curated digital backdrops is built in — bokeh, champagne, florals, marble, studio colors, seasonal and more — and you can upload your own to match a client's event or a sponsor's brand. Backdrops can be swapped from the portal during the event without restarting the booth.

Does the online gallery stay up after the event?

Yes. Each event gets one live gallery link that fills in real time during the event and stays online afterwards, so guests can revisit their photos in the weeks that follow. You share a single link instead of chasing down a download.

Can photos show on a screen at the event?

Yes. Photos can rotate up on any TV or projector as they're taken, which pulls people toward the booth on its own. It's a setting in the event, so you turn it on whenever the room has a screen.

How many photos can guests take?

Unlimited. There's no per-photo cost and no session cap — guests come back as many times as they like and every strip lands in the gallery. That's the advantage of a digital-first platform: one more photo costs nothing, so there's no reason to ration them.

What hardware do I need?

The platform runs on an open-air booth — a freestanding pedestal with a large touchscreen and a camera. We'll cover the hardware side and what's supported when you book a demo.
