Privacy Policy

CyberColt Solutions LLC ("we", "us") operates the CyberColt Photobooth service (the "Service"), a touchscreen photo booth installed at private events. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Service at an event:

• Photos: Photos you take at the booth are saved to deliver your photo strip.
• Phone number (optional): If you choose to receive a text copy of your strip, you provide a 10-digit US phone number on the booth keypad.
• No personal details: We do not collect names, email addresses, dates of birth, or any account information from event guests.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Photos are composited into a printed strip and stored so event operators can view, reprint, and download them after the event.
• Phone numbers are used solely to send you a one-time SMS containing a link to your photo strip. We do not send marketing messages. We do not contact you again unless you re-enter your number at the booth for another strip.

3. SMS Messaging Program

How you opt in (consent / call-to-action). At the photo booth, after your photos are taken, the touchscreen asks if you would like a copy texted to you. You opt in by typing your own 10-digit U.S. mobile number on the on-screen keypad and tapping Send. Before sending, the screen displays this disclosure:

"By entering your number, you agree to receive a one-time text from CyberColt Photobooth with a link to your photos. Msg & data rates may apply. One message per request. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See cybercoltphotobooth.com/privacy.html and cybercoltphotobooth.com/terms.html."

Entering your number and tapping Send is your express consent to receive that one transactional text message. Providing a number is entirely optional and is not a condition of using the booth.

• Program name: CyberColt Photobooth photo-delivery texts.
• Message type: transactional only — a one-time link to your photos. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
• Message frequency: one message per photo strip you request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help or email colton@cybercolt.com.
• Privacy: we do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Numbers are used only to deliver your photos.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers required to operate the Service:

• Twilio — sends the SMS containing your photo link.
• Google Firebase — stores photos and event data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing or advertising purposes with any third party.

5. Data Retention

Photos and phone numbers are retained for as long as the event operator chooses to keep the event active in their dashboard (typically until they delete the event). Operators can delete individual strips or entire events at any time.

6. Your Rights

If you would like a copy of, or deletion of, any data we hold about you (photos or phone number), contact the event operator who hosted the booth, or contact us directly at colton@cybercolt.com.

7. Children

The Service is intended for use at events by attendees who are of an age appropriate for the event. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
