These Terms govern your use of the CyberColt Photobooth SMS notification service, operated by CyberColt Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By entering your phone number at a CyberColt Photobooth kiosk, you agree to these Terms.
CyberColt Photobooth Strip Delivery.
When you take photos at a CyberColt Photobooth at an event you are attending, you may choose to receive a one-time SMS containing a link to download your photo strip. The link points to a private, no-login web page where you can view and download your photo.
You will receive one (1) message per photo strip for which you provide your number. We do not send recurring or marketing messages. You may receive additional one-time messages only if you re-enter your phone number at the booth for a new photo strip.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying stop to any message from us. After you opt out, we will not send you further messages unless you re-opt-in by entering your phone number again at a CyberColt Photobooth kiosk.
Messages are deliverable to all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most MVNOs.
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information. Phone numbers are used only to deliver your photo link and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any failure of delivery caused by your carrier, your device, or any third-party intermediary.
